By email: hello@bettermove.co.uk
Please include your name, the email address or telephone number you gave us, and a description of what went wrong. That helps us find your enquiry quickly.
The steps we will take
1. We will acknowledge your complaint
We will confirm that we have received your complaint and tell you who is handling it.
2. We will investigate your complaint
Our team will always investigate. We will be as thorough as possible in order to handle your complaint quickly, and we may telephone you if we need any further information.
3. We will resolve your complaint
Our team will analyse the facts and reach a conclusion that takes full account of them. We aim to respond within three working days, depending on the complexity of the case. If we cannot respond in that time, we will write to you to explain the reason for the delay and give you a date by which we will respond.
4. We will give you a decision
We will write to you with a full account of our investigation and our decision. Whether that is a payment to make up for a loss you have incurred, or a statement explaining why we believe your concerns are unfounded, you will be able to see that we have reached a reasoned and fair judgement.
Following the completion of our investigation you will have four weeks to respond to our final response. After that period, if we have heard nothing from you, your complaint will be considered resolved.
